Welcome to AppLinevo, a platform for innovation in AI-enabled household devices. By accessing or using our services, digital products, or goods, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

AppLinevo offers personalized installation, configuration, and maintenance of smart devices powered by artificial intelligence for home environments.

1.1 Cancellations and Refunds

Service appointments may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start without any fee. Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours prior are not eligible for a refund due to committed resource allocation.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days via the payment method used at booking.

Clients may request to postpone a service appointment at no extra charge by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance.

On-site or remote assistance that has begun is not eligible for a refund because our technicians allocate time and effort immediately upon commencement.

2. Information Products

AppLinevo provides digital guides, video tutorials, and firmware update packages to enhance AI-enabled household devices.

2.1 Refunds

Refund requests for digital products must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and no more than 10% of the content accessed. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days as credit to your AppLinevo account.

Requests filed after 14 days or for products with more than 10% accessed are not eligible for a refund due to the nature of digital delivery.

3. Goods

We sell AI-enabled household devices and related accessories designed for seamless integration with your smart home.

3.1 Shipping Back and Refunds

Items may be shipped back within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging. We will inspect the shipment upon receipt and process a refund within 10 business days to the payment method used at purchase.

Customers may request a product swap for a different model within the same price tier at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Products showing signs of use or damage not attributed to manufacturing defects may not be eligible for a refund or swap.

4. General Provisions

AppLinevo reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
